Obituary
Ray died on 14 October 2015.
He retired as a Managing Director of BP in 1992. He was a Past President of The British Plastics Federation, Association of Petrochemical Producers in Europe, The Chemical Industries Association, a Past Vice President The SCI and a Past Chairman of The European Chemical Industry Ecology and Toxicology Centre.
